Dear coaches and team parents, In an effort to help you and your team have a seamless experience on photo day we’ve provided this section just for you!

Helpful photo day tips:

• Coaches and players please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
• Coaches and players please stay together.
• Coach; please check in at the front table when you arrive. We will have a “team envelope” for you to review for accuracy, and to fill in any needed team information that we may be missing.
• Each of your players must have an order form in hand to have their portrait taken.
• All payments must be received before a portrait is taken. We prefer that our paperless ordering system be used to make portrait purchases before photo day.
• A complete uniform, including shoes and tucked in shirts, is recommended for players.
• Clean faces and uniforms make for a better picture!
• We’ll do the rest!

Review the photo day schedule to confirm your scheduled time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in.

Accurate Team Information

We receive data from your organization. Sometimes there are errors. Please ensure your team information is accurate on the “team envelope” when checking in on photo day. This information will be on your team photo player trading cards, sponsor plaques, etc. Please verify the spelling of your name, your team name, the division/level of your team, and your sponsor name if applicable.

Coach Appreciation Gifts

Our standard coach appreciation gift* is a complimentary 5x7 portrait of your team. We offer an option to the standard. You may opt for a portrait called a “Buddy Shot” – a complimentary portrait of you with your favorite player. This is a 5x7 as well.

Fill out a separate order form for this portrait, including the names of everyone in the portrait, bring it to photo day, and stand in line with your player. Then you’re set!

*Your organization may have negotiated a different appreciation gift. RWP honors the agreement with the organizations and does not deviate from that.
